Windows XP users - Overcome problems

Users of Windows XP who have installed Windows XP Service Pack 2 may initially have problems logging on or downloading transactions to Excel because pop-up windows are blocked.
To overcome the problem, follow the process below:
  1. In Internet Explorer, click [Tools], put your curser on [Pop-up Blocker] and then click the option [Pop-up Blocker Settings].
  2. Type https://melbcdf.com.au in the Address of Web Site to Allow then click [Add], followed by [Close]
  3. Back in Internet Explorer, click [Tools], followed by [Internet Options]
  4. Click the tab marked [Security], click [Trusted Sites], followed by [Sites]
  5. When the Trusted Sites pop-up appears type https://ibank.melbcdf.com.au in the Add this Web site to the zone area and then click [Add], followed by [OK], then [OK].
  6. You will now be able to access the CDF Online site using your password.
