If you wish to direct debit an external bank account using CDF Online, you will need to download a Direct Debit Request Form (CDF103) and Direct Debit Service Agreement (CDF102). The Direct Debit Request needs to be completed and returned to the CDF Office. Note: Direct debit is only allowed from an account in your own name.
Once the completed application has been received we will contact you with your Log-on name and temporary password.
CDF Online allows you to:
- Transfer funds between your CDF accounts
- Transfer funds from your CDF account to another CDF account
- Transfer funds between your CDF account and external accounts through Direct Debit/Credit
- View balances and transactions
- Download transactions to an excel spreadsheet
- View interest paid and received
- Display and print statements
