The Diocesan Capital Funds were established in response to the realisation that the escalating cost of land was making it virtually impossible for parishes and sponsoring schools to purchase land for educational purposes without financial support. To assist parishes and schools with the financing of land purchases for education purposes and for the undertaking of major programs for the development & maintenance of physical facilities the following Funds have been established:
- Diocesan Schools Land Fund – Secondary & Primary
The two components of this Fund will provide financial support towards the purchase of land for new school sites or campuses for secondary & primary schools respectively.
- Diocesan Projects Fund
This Fund has the dual purpose of providing priority support to schools for land purchases and secondly to support parishes and the diocese with major programs for the development & maintenance of physical facilities.
